The assessment is carried out to ensure the safety of your dog, other dogs and our staffs.
During the assessment we will be checking on your dog’s behavior, energy and problem/issue.
Since our daycare is set out in a pack mentality, it’s important that all dogs are able to play well together.

Unfortunately, not all dogs are suitable for daycare or packwalk.
Should your dog not initially be suitable for our daycare environment, training options will be discussed further with you.

Darren will be doing a walking trial for your dog to see how is his/her behaviour and energy and problem/issue. It would take about 30mins. Owners may join us for the walk if they wish.

Total duration of structure walking would be 1 hour but there will be breaks in between for photo taking n water.

The dogs will be split up between 3 handlers. Small, medium & large. Only calm dogs are allowed.

Yes there will still be packwalk.
For wet weather, we will head to the indoor stadium.

Days for transport are based on locations example Monday East side, Tuesday North-East area etc.

For transport, it will be between 7am-9am for pick up & 4pm-6pm for drop off. Our transport team will send you a message 1-2 days before on the ETA timing. Please be at the drop-off point at least 5-10mins earlier to let your dog pee poo first before going up the school bus.

You can send your dog to school between 8am-9am. Pick up is between 4am-6pm. Please do not be late and come after 6pm otherwise late charges would be impose.

Other than our one session option, we have package option, which comes with 6 session to be completed within 8 weeks. In the event halfway through the package, you feel that you want to stop, we don’t do refunds or exchanges or transferable to another dog.
The package would be forfeited.

Our daycare only operates from Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekends.
